Alex is the founder and Managing Director of Archipelago BPO, bringing a unique cross-cultural perspective shaped by his formative years in the Philippines and extensive professional experience across the UK, Australia, and Southeast Asia.

With expertise spanning diverse industries from Telecommunications to Recruitment, Alex has developed a comprehensive understanding of how offshore talent can transform business operations. His passion lies in helping UK business owners discover the transformative power of strategic outsourcing, not merely as a cost-saving measure, but as a pathway to improved work-life balance and sustainable growth.

Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management, Marketing and Commerce from Bond University, complementing his practical expertise with solid academic foundations.
